I have to wait till I got my payment before I started this discussion as I want to share something based from my own experience.
I found out about this site several days ago and I started immediately. The work is that we will have to review calls made by the agents of the company to their clients or prospect clients. It is an easy job and all we need is a computer and a laptop. I was skeptical at first but I tried it and when I get payment from the site, I
was convinced that it is indeed a legit site.What Is Humanatic?
Humanatic is a site where you can earn money by listening and reviewing phone calls. All you need is your computer and internet connection. Humanatic can be best accessed with Google Chrome.
This is the first and only site that I know that pays its members to review calls. I find it exciting and the fact that it can be a great source of income online without thinking too much.
How To Start Working With Humanatic?
Joining is easy. During the signing up process, Humanatic would only require you to tell them about your current/recent employment history. You don’t need to mention specific company names. They will use this information to shield you from any calls that would represent a conflict of interest.
After accomplishing the required information, you will be required to enter your initials in the boxes provided therein and submit the application.
I sent an application with the site and after a day, I received a message that my accoutnwas already set up and I could start immediately.
What Are the Jobs Available?
During my fist day, I was offered to review two types of jobs:
- Live Conversation – Inbound
The purpose of this category is to determine if the caller was properly connected and had an actual live conversation with a qualified agent.
- Live Conversation – Outbound
The purpose of this category is to determine if the employee (who is the caller) reached the intended person.
Some businesses place hundreds of outbound phone calls every day. Managers need to listen to the calls for quality assurance, but they often get bogged down reviewing calls where no live conversation ever takes place. If the caller gets to talk to the
live person he or she was trying to reach, mark the time (in seconds, shown on the audio player) when the conversation starts.If the caller reaches voicemail or a receptionist who can't connect him or her with the desired person, then indicate whether or not a message is left.
No other information is needed for these calls.
During my second day on the site, I was given two other types of job:
- Inventory Discussion
To mark calls that are opportunities for the dealer to buy a customer's vehicle as Inventory calls. Discussions about a car that the caller already owns may be marked as Inventory calls if it is an opportunity for the dealership to buy the car.
- Reason Not Connected
The purpose of this category is to provide data to figure out why the caller did not connect with a live, qualified agent.
How The Site Pays?
The site process payments during Mondays afternoon, so if you are able to reach ten dollars on or before that day, you can instantly receive it on your Paypal account on the next day.
